We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Oak House Trading.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Please contact us before returning any item.

Condition of Items All items sold by Oak House Trading are vintage or antique and may show signs of age and wear consistent with their history. These are not considered defects and are part of the item's character. Any significant flaws are clearly noted in the product description.

Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-returnable Items Items that have been damaged after delivery or are not in their original condition will not be accepted for return.
